New bungalow/vacation home on the Ostalb

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Vacation home in Gerstetten

Our bright spacious apartment on the 1st floor offers plenty of space for a trip with friends as well as for the whole family. You are also welcome to installers. Two bedrooms, each with double bed & a living room with large, pull-out sofa, can accommodate up to 6 people. In Gerstettens probably the smallest kitchen with a stove & oven, you can cook something delicious or make a cup of tea. Amenities also include a bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry is available on request.

To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The house from 1693 has been lovingly restored. The old construction has been completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers and families.
