The apartment has a separate entrance and is part of our converted barn. We live next door with our 2 children and dog Sepp. Kurzenaltheim is in a quiet location in the middle of nature. From here, you can enjoy numerous excursions to the Franconian Lake District and the Altmühl Valley. 1-2 children can stay overnight on a mattress. There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

The Altmühlsee is 12.5 km away and the Brombachsee is 15.4 km away. The Altmühl bike trail is right in front of the door. Ideal starting point for many other attractions. There is public parking in front of the house. A place to park the bicycles is available.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
