Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Hi, I m happy you found my tiny house. It is located in a small village, in the middle of a valley which is part of the UNESCO world heritage. From the terrace you're looking at beautiful vineyards and from the panoramic swing, located in the slope behind the house, you can even see the the river rhine. By foot you reach the river in 5 minutes. The legendary loreley rock is just 5 km away. Hiking trails like the Rheinsteig and Jakobsweg start in front of your door. Enjoy your stay

Dream vacation in the Taunus

A charming, cozy farmhouse surrounded by nature, in an idyllic little village in the Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis. The half-timbered house itself is about 300 years old, winding and quaint, and is listed as a monument. It is great for larger family gatherings or groups of friends, JGAs. There are up to 16 sleeping possibilities as well as 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, plenty of space to linger, parking, a balcony and a large garden. !Super accessible even by public transport !

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (about 70 square meters) is a converted barn and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews because the cottage was permanently rented.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Relax in this quiet and cozy accommodation with high recreational value. Here you can hike the Taunus, go biking, make trips to the magnificent Rheingau, explore the spa town of Bad Schwalbach or simply enjoy the tranquility in the Heimbachtal. Half an hour away by car, you can also stroll through the beautiful Wiesbaden or discover Mainz. Even with a child, there are great offers nearby or in Wiesbaden and surroundings. It is a superbly renovated old building apartment in Eltville am Rhein, from which you can quickly reach the vineyards worth seeing as well as the cozy city center of Eltville. The apartment is equipped with a very high quality kitchen (induction stove, BORA extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave). Furthermore, the apartment is very spacious with its 90 m². The wooden beams in various places of the apartment accentuate the old building flair.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
