Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

New luxury loft apartment in Cologne-Sülz-Messenah

Stylish apartment in loft character with 3.20 m room height and large windows, which was lovingly renovated at the end of 2024/25. With hotel-like amenities, it is perfect for 2-4 people and is in a quiet, central location in the lively Sülz district. You sleep on a high-quality 1.80 m wide box spring bed. Originally, a small hat factory was located here, the upper floors of the house have always been used as apartments.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is only minutes to the lake where you can practice water skiing and other sports activities. Or choose one of the forest routes and enjoy nature. If it is too quiet, it is only a few minutes by car to the regional train. From there you can get to Cologne easily and quickly. What should not be forgotten is of course the beautiful Phantasialand.
