From the balcony on the 6th floor, you have an indirect view of the Ruhr reservoir, which is right at your doorstep (about 5 minutes' walk). We offer a beautiful apartment on the edge of the forest near the Neandersteig and the Radpanoramaweg in Heiligenhaus. The apartment is completely newly renovated. The highlight of the 60 sqm apartment is the 40 sqm roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
