The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margravial Schreez Castle. In 2021 & 2022, we completely renovated the house.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. We were guests for a weekend in the really nice and very well-maintained apartment. We were welcomed very warmly and personally. The apartment is in a quiet location, within walking distance of the main train station and from the sleeping area you have a beautiful view of the festival hall. Check-in and check-out worked great and the communication was uncomplicated and always very friendly. We had a great stay, thank you Halil!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.
