Townhouse located centrally in the city. 6 min. walk to the beach, Kronborg Castle, the ferry to Sweden and Helsingør station with connection to Copenhagen. We took over the home in November 2024 after it had served as a dance hall, bar and most recently a restaurant. The home has 2 floors and still has a lot of small ongoing renovation projects. Ground floor. Entrance, toilet, kitchen/dining room and TV room, all rooms have access to the courtyard garden. 1st floor. 3 rooms with 3 beds and a folding mattress, bathroom and office

The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Steep staircase to the first floor where the bedroom is located as well as desk and cabinet/dresser. There are 2 labrador dogs in the main house and dogs may be brought but the stairs are not dog or toddler friendly. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance.
