Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Stylish one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from where you can watch the pigs in the open-air while showering. On our estate there are many other animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that means the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, running ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place to grill or a campfire.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The attic apartment has a living area incl. Wi-Fi and Smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden there is a sitting area at the garden pond incl. Barbecue facilities. The guest apartment is located in a rural area on a farm, the area is quiet and close to the city. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to the city center and only 15 minutes to the fair. Both are also accessible by public transport. Hanover is also easily accessible by bike via a superbly developed network of paths. Bike rental is possible to a limited extent. Quietly located on the Deister, the self-contained apartment is on the first floor of a 2-family house on the outskirts of Springe-Völksen. The apartment is particularly suitable for course participants due to a spacious living and working area. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself.
