Welcome to the lovingly renovated apartment of our 250-year-old half-timbered house. It offers cozy half-timbered charm + modern amenities. Switch off and yet central, be everywhere? We offer you this possibility in beautiful Lohmar! It is located in the green heart at the foot of the Bergisches Land, between Bonn & Cologne. Both cities can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car or about 40 minutes by public transport. The beautiful Wahner Heide Nature Reserve is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take wonderful hikes. Cologne Bonn Airport can also be reached just as quickly in about 15 minutes. Longer rentals are possible on request!

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
