We loved our stay! Beautiful scenery and the location was walking distance to almost everything and to more restaurants than we could eat at. Violeta made check in and check a breeze and helped with all questions we had as first time travelers to Montenegro. I highly recommend this place and Violeta as a host.

We loved our stay in the apartment. Clean, functional and with two lovely, peaceful balconies. Ana's parents made us very welcome, thank you very much, they made our stay very pleasant. Ana is very available and was very quick to answer any questions we had. The city center is not far on foot, and there are restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Herceg Novi is a fantastic little town. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!

Il miglior air bnb in cui sia mai stato. La casa è luminosissima e confortevole e la mia parte preferita è stata il terrazzo dal quale si ha una vista mozzafiato su tutta la baia. La spiaggia sotto casa è bella e facilmente accessibile (portatevi le scarpe per gli scogli), ma Zlata ha preparato una guida a prova di neonato dove vi indica tutte le spiagge più belle raggiungibili con la macchina. Sempre nella guida ci sono tutte le informazione più utili come i supermercati, ristoranti, attrazioni, ospedali e numeri di emergenza. La cucina è ben fornita ma se non avete voglia di cucinare c'è una panetteria vicino casa che fa anche piatti tipici. Per entrare nel parcheggio sotto casa bisogna essere guidatori intermedi, soprattutto se avete una rental car che sicuramente non volete graffiare. Per qualsiasi domanda potete tranquillamente chiedere a Zlata che vi riponderà in un attimo. Se mai dovessi tornare in Montenegro sicuramente sceglierei questo air bnb!!!

Lovely place to stay in Herceg Novi. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful view. Great apartment - two big beds and decent size bathroom. Good water pressure and hot water. Host was wonderful!!

The apartment is in an ideal location, a 5-minute-walk from a great beach, with access to shops on the coastline and 20 minutes away from Herceg Novi Old Town(and shopping centres). Travel agencies both along the coastline and in the old town, on the Herceg Novi beach “Petar Boats” with bost excursions to Blue Caves, Kotor and Our Lady of the Rocks.. Buses N 1, 2 run every half hour. The bus stop is nearby. The apartments themselves are in Scandinavian style, with good furniture, neat and clean. There is everything you might need for a vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious shower, a washing machine, a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a comfortable sofa bed,conditioner a And, most importantly, a balcony with a stunning view of the sea, mountains and ships. We highly recommend these apartments. To find the apartment is easier to find Perla Hotel, from there apartments are nearby. Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Excellent apartments that have everything you need. Parking was always available next to the house. Kirill is an excellent host: he helped carry suitcases, helped with check-in, told about the location of shops, cafes and other important places, told about the sights and provided brochures with descriptions. We had a great time in these apartments. The only negative I encountered is the difficulty when trying to see the bay 😁

Dragana und ihre Familie sind sehr liebevoll. Die Kommunikation war reaktionsschnell und wir konnten sogar sehr spät am Abend einchecken. Das Apartment liegt im obersten (2.) Stock in einem Familien-Haus. Es ist geräumig und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Von der ruhigen Gegend und dem wunderbaren Ausblick in alle Richtungen waren wir verzaubert. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

We stayed over 30 days with two kids. Apartment was bright, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Has a beautiful balcony. Lots of gifts from owner as well. She is very responsive and helped with everything we asked for. Close to Portonovi and shore. Didn’t need a car, walking distance from market which is pretty nice too. If we ever come back around here, we would love to stay here another time. Thank you Danka for everything.

Simple but very nice apartment with balcony and terrace in a perfect location, literally 15 steps away from the water of the bay and with a spectacular view. The location in Rose is fabulous. Vijera is very helpful and friendly and always good to reach. Rose is a perfect place to relax and to escape a bit from the crowds in Herceg Novi. We stayed there 7 days and loved it! Thank you!

Het is een ruim en schoon appartement met alle voorzieningen. Een supermarkt en bakkerij zitten op 1 minuut lopen en er zitten een aantal restaurants in het dorp. Je kan gemakkelijk parkeren op een eigen plek. Igor reageert snel op berichten en is heel vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Būstas puikioje, ramioje vietoje, patogu turint automobilį. Kelios min. iki kelto, šalia gausu paplūdimių. Pats butas jaukus, viskas buvo, ko reikėjo. Pro langus matosi kalnai, įlanka. Kieme švarus ir prižiūrimas baseinas. Minusai: skruzdės balkone ir kambaryje, prastas wifi ryšys, kambaryje šiek tiek trūko švaros. Šeimininkas draugiškas, paslaugus, pavaišino savo gamybos vynu, kalba angliškai. Ačiū už viešnagę, rekomenduojame, tikimės sugrįžti!

Le logement de Peter est beaucoup mieu que sur les photos. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour une famille, on s'y sent comme à la maison. De plus des jouets et des jeux de sociétés sont à disposition ce qui a été un plus pour nous qui avons 3 jeunes enfants. La vue depuis le salon et les balcons est juste époustouflante, la piscine est un plus très agréable et la plage est vraiment très proche à pied (moins de 10 minutes) Le parking disponible est également un atout néanmoins attention à ne pas rayer votre carrosserie l'entrée du Parking est très serré. Notre séjour à été au delà de nos attentes et nous recommandons très fortement le logement de Peter et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour au Monténégro.

We had a fantastic family holiday. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with plenty of room for all of us (8 adults and 2 children). The pool was lovely and we spent plenty of time outside using the bbq. There were even grapes growing which we could freely pick. The location was ideal - 2 min walk from a shop, bakery, bus stop and cafe, 7 minute walk down to the beach front with lots of restaurants and bars. The hosts were fantastic throughout, very comnunicative and always happy to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Très bel appartement propre et spacieux , avec une belle vue sur les bouches de Kotor. La résidence est calme et très bien entretenue avec un service proposé très efficace. La piscine est très agréable et le service de café/bar est très appréciable. L’accès à plage et aux restaurants se fait en 10min. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour avec 2 enfants
