Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. Cozy 2-story apartment (75 square meters) with children's room or 2nd bedroom, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Living room and one bedroom is on the 3rd floor, the rest on the 2nd floor. A portable crib and highchair are provided free of charge if needed. The public playground is only 100 m away. In the garden there is a small sitting area. A grill is also provided. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is completely closed and for your own use.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking in 45 minutes you are on the Kottmar and the Spreequelle. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly prepared and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a common hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.
