Haltern am See oder Wuppertal in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bett befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer der Wohnung befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Die Treppe hinauf ist etwas steil, es gibt aber beidseitig einen Handlauf. Wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Siedlung , umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der City. Die Anbindung zur A2 und A43 ist optimal. Bushaltestellen u. Discounter sind ebenfalls in der Nähe . Kein Treffpunkt für Zweisamkeit !!Keine Besucher!! Keine Party!!

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.
