This was a perfect place to stay for our family with 3 children. The private (massive) garden was exactly what we needed to ensure our kids could still play without having to be too quiet, such as it is in most apartments. There were plenty of toys and a playground as a bonus. The host was wonderful and friendly, always checking on our needs and responding to our requests. One minor issue is that the kitchen doesn't have hot water so you need to get warm water from the bathroom for doing dishes. For staying in the summer, this place is ideal and we'd happily go back!

The apartment was perfect for us as a group of 7 friends for a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in great condition. It is wonderfully quiet and you are quickly on the canal for nice walks. Martina answered our questions quickly, we highly recommend the apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment in a very quiet location of a residential area. The small forest nearby was very good to make rounds with the dog. Parking was right in front of the house. Communication with Florian worked out very well and all questions were answered quickly. What was partially missing in the apartment was made available to us immediately with explanation and apology. That was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the couch cozy. We slept excellently. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Shopping facilities were a 3-minute drive away. The small garden with terrace is perfect to step out the door in the morning. In summer, I imagine this very pleasant. We were very happy with the place.

Great place to stay! Really gives you the Mediterranean feeling. And that in the middle of the Ruhrgebiet! Contact with the host was outstanding. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and hope we come back soon

A great clean place where we had enough space for a weekend with two families. We also particularly enjoyed the pool!

had an incredibly pleasant experience during our stay with Wolfgang. the space was great and there was plenty of room for 11 people. after our stay we went bouldering at Avalonia, the Airbnb is at a very pleasant distance from this beautiful area. the communication with Wolfgang was also great, always quick response and very friendly. definitely recommended.

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quickly accessible (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

Gaby was welcoming us and left fruit baskets in each room. We had fun snacking on those. Each room was very nice and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. My favorite was to watch the milky way through the window above our bed when the sky was clear. So beautiful.

There were four of us in Neles house for 5 nights. It has been a great stay! We visited the Dokomi. The accommodation offered enough space for 4 people to relax and prepare for the convention and the cosplays. Everything was very clean. Communication with Nele is also top-notch - quick and friendly. Parking spaces were always found in front of the house on the street. A small suggestion for improvement on our part would be a TV, but we could also help ourselves with a tablet brought along for the evenings. All in all, we had a nice stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation and visit again!

Amazing experience with this gorgeous house we’ve stayed. Mella was very nice and had showed us the place. Very functional kitchen with everything we needed. We all love the little cozy beautiful back yard. Loved everything!! Hope we will be back again.

We celebrated our wedding in a small circle in Thorsten's accommodation. The check in was smooth. Communication with Thorsten was always friendly and courteous. On request, beer tent sets were also made available to us. The garden was very beautiful (cherry tree, apple tree, seating areas, barbecue area, etc.) And "the old forge" was very beautiful and well maintained, both externally and internally. I stayed at Thomas place for a week during a combined business / family visit. The place is unique, very lovely in a private neighbourhood. It is spacious and well equipped. Thomas was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay and made me feel at home from the first minute. Solingen is close to highways to locations like Dusseldorf, Cologne or Dortmund, all of which is reachable within an hours drive. If you are looking for something exceptional, give it a try.

A nice house with plenty of space, in a pleasant area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I loved the fact that all of the cupboards and drawers had little labels on to show what was inside - a handy little touch. The dining area is very comfortable with a large, sturdy table. We stayed for a couple of nights during a period of very warm weather and really appreciated the fact that it was easy to open the very large windows and get a nice breeze blowing through. The only slight drawbacks were a slow-draining shower, a lack of comfy living room furniture (one nice chair - the other two items are IKEA pull-out beds with hard backs), the very heavy door on the dishwasher (the door tension is broken, so it opened without any resistance and nearly flattened the dog!) and a missing garden gate so the dogs had to be kept on their leashes when in the garden, but these are very minor things when compared to the positive points about the accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

We had a great long weekend in the accommodation, which is particularly inviting for long evenings together on the terrace or at the large dining table. There is plenty of space, everything you need is available and it also corresponds to the description and the pictures. Bed linen, towels and bathrooms were particularly clean! We actually found the nearby street less disturbing than we had previously thought. Claudia was always easy to reach and is a very friendly contact!

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

A "Tiny Home" that perfectly matches the description in the ad. Clean rooms and attention to detail are an additional plus. Ideal for those looking for a place to sleep and then move around the area. A special mention to the garden of the house and those nearby. Thank you Martina and Bruno, we will be happy to see you again

Great location in the centre of Hiltrup. The host, Andy, was very welcoming. The apartment ticked all the boxes. It was very comfortable and stylish. It was very clean. I would definitely book this apartment again when my wife and I visit my Munster based family in the future.
