This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Walking distance to FAU, research institutes and bus stop outside the front door. In 15 minutes you are in the center!
