I highly recommend this place. The place is really a home away from home. The communication is very good, from email instructions to answering questions. Very spacious, great for big family, we were well accommodated.

Farbod was a great host — he communicated clearly and allowed us to check in a bit early since we arrived earlier than expected. The home was beautiful and as described. We were there for a Dodgers game and it was the perfect location. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This Airbnb was super cute and cozy - the off street parking was convenient, the kitchen and living area very functional for a short stay, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Really convenient having high end laundry machines, and lots of nice amenities like a steamer, an iron, and a blow dryer all available. I also love that we didn’t have to clean the whole place ourselves at check out, unlike some other airbnb with long check out lists. Would gladly stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

Wonderful house tastefully decorated great views we could see the Hollywood sign from the porch. Great location for Silver Lake and sunset strip bright sunny feel to the house. Well equipped we were super happy with our stay. 5 star

Clara and David’s home was everything I thought it would be and more! Loved the privacy and the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the space to anyone visiting LA!

We visited this property and hated leaving it for our LA activities. The house itself is a destination worth visiting. The property was very retro feeling and made me imagine famous 70s movie stars partying here long ago. The views are spectacular and make you California dream. We will be back!

Great place to stay in Pasadena! The area is so lovely. We went on walks and runs in the neighborhood saw the most beautiful estates. It was nice to be able to use the hot tub and the pool. All of Chris’ directions were easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Unique apartment downtown L.A. All exactly as described and as on photos. The host was very helpful and precise in descriptions and we enjoyed the stay a lot. Nice terrace at the top floor with pool which we enjoyed in the morning.

We had a great stay at Stephen's place. It has a fabulous view, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best part is the pool and hot tub!

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Her sweet pets greeted us warmly, which made the stay even more special. There were no loud noises, no miscommunication—just peace, comfort, and great vibes the entire time. Breanna was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she put into making our stay so enjoyable. My friends and I had a great time staying at Gina’s place! We were in town for an event at the rose bowl and it was such a convenient location. The place was clean and had everything we needed. And Gina was very proactive with communication and offering help. Would love to stay again!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a wonderful experience! Would definitely love to stay for longer to be able to enjoy the tranquil space to it’s fullest.

Perfect location and appreciated we have a parking spot for our car. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom & appreciated the small things like microwave & fridge (we didn't need a kitchen for our short stay)

My family and I had a wonderful stay here after a challenging relocation to LA. I’ve rarely stayed anywhere which felt so well thought out and cared for, the attention to detail throughout the house made it a warm and inviting place to rest. We would highly recommend this charming, cosy home. Just be aware of the flights of stairs upwards if have lots of bags!Thank you for having us.

Rose: We had a great time! The space while small, definitely worked well for us. It was easy to find and quiet. The neighborhood is very charming and there were a lot of places to eat nearby. The apartment is full of sunlight, had some care put into the decor and the backyard was super cute and cozy. We also had an easy time finding street parking. Thorns: The main bed was smaller than expected and the pillows were memory foam and were hard for us, if you like fluffy pillows I recommend bringing your own. The kitchenette was smaller than expected but worked for our needs, (we were there for 3 days) if we were there longer we would have needed a bigger kitchen.

Loved staying here. We could walk to many great restaurants, shops and Silver Lake Reservoir. Very peaceful retreat from the city but with easy access.

Ashley was very welcoming and accommodating as we figured out where we could evacuate to in the Eaton Fires. She responded to our inquiries promptly and even make the house available a few days early. She took extra care to clean up the yard after the windstorms. We are so grateful to have found a sweet house to settle into while we figured out our next steps. The hot tub is a very nice touch this time of year. WE love how close this is to the walking trails and parks of the arroyo too.
