In winter, skiing (lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and tobogganing are possible.

It is a very nice two-room apartment with private shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground-level access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to bike paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

The University of Siegen can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Vacationers who want to ski can reach several small ski resorts within half an hour by car (only natural snow) The large ski resort in and around Winterberg (with snow cannons) is 1.5 hours away.

On the doorstep is the feeder from the Rothaarsteig and the Hilchenbacher-Höhenring. Hiking, cycling and skiing in winter are possible here. Winterberg ski resort is less than an hour's drive away. In addition, Hilchenbach is a health resort.
