Badewanne,Daybed, 2PersSchneckendusche und Echtholzkamin lassen keine Wünsche offen. Im Sommer kann ein 5x4Meter Tor geöffnet werden welches den unteren Loftbereich zum Cabrio macht. Die große Küchenzeile und der Block sind Eventgeeignet Weinkühlschrank 4xGas und ein Ceranfeld gehören zur Ausstattung

Welcome to our stylishly renovated house in a quiet district of Koblenz. Neuendorf was long an independent place where fishermen and rafters lived. You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

ICE-Bahnhof und Outlet in Montabaur sind in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Flughäfen Köln und Frankfurt sind in 45 Minuten erreichbar. Vielfältige touristische Attraktionen sind im Umkreis vorhanden. Trotz der guten Anbindung liegt der Ort in ländlicher Idylle. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und seniorengerecht gebaut.

The vacation home, already named as such by its previous owners, is in no way inferior to the meaning of its name. It is a true place of peace and relaxation. A deposit of €200 must be paid on site, either in cash or via PayPal. Our house, with its 50 m², can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It is modernly decorated and offers every comfort you can imagine. The hot tub and sauna are, of course, something very special.
