This is the first floor apartment (ground floor) in our beautifully located house in Tengen. The building from 1820 is classified as a building worth preserving in the ensemble of the old town. The construction in solid quarry stone gives the house a wonderful atmosphere; Thanks to the location on the city moat, you have an open view to the south. Another apartment on the upper floor: we have recently rented the separate apartment on the 2nd floor via Airbnb.

The apartment for 1-2 people is about 35 square meters and can be reached via a staircase. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer combination also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dish towels ready for you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available.
