THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

HINDÅS. Small cottage by the lake/Cabin by the lake

The Cabin comes fully equipped with all essentials including WiFi, heating and even a barbecue on the terrace. It offers peaceful, comfortable accommodation and faces a large fresh water lake where you can swim and fish. There is also jetty from which you can launch your own canoe or small boat. Immediately behind the cabin are miles of forest where you have the right to roam and can meet up with animals of the forest including deer and moose. Depending on season, you can also pick mushrooms or berries. Just a very short drive or a 15 minute walk away there is a lovely public sandy beach at Nedflo among the trees.

Here you live by a swimming lake in your own apartment. Access to beach with lawn, sun loungers, parasols, barbecue. The apartment is located in the middle between Gothenburg, Borås and the café town Alingsås and 15 minutes to Landvetter airport. Private entrance, living room with kitchen. Bedroom with double bed. Here you can go for a walk in the woods and just one kilometer away there is a long, nice sandy beach. 30 minutes by car to Liseberg and Borås Zoo.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Self-built cottage on the edge of the forest by a babbling brook with fantastic views and swimming opportunities at Östra Nedsjön. Well-equipped cottage with accommodation for two couples, or a smaller family with children. There is a 180 cm bed and a 140 cm bed as well as a crib. The accommodation has a dishwasher, washing machine and fireplace. Come and enjoy our paradise! Good location between Borås and Gothenburg, with proximity to Landvetter and amenities within easy reach in Hindås and Bollebygd.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Boathouse

Welcome to the boathouse right on the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go to Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

You live in a rural setting with walking distance to a grocery store. This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Light the wood-fired sauna and take a swim in the small pond. Plenty of room & many social areas both inside & out. 2 km from the house, there is Hjortviken, a new hotel with pool club opportunity and two restaurants.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
