The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

Velkommen til Sørlandet og dette nydelige huset. Her kan du nyte utsikten til båthavnen, eller spasere en tur på stien ned til stranden for å bade. Du bor sentralt til på Fevik, et hyggelig tettsted mellom Grimstad og Arendal. Tomten grenser til friområde og tursti. Herfra kan man gå til flere av de nydelige strendene som Fevik er kjent for. Huset har en stor og usjenert uteplass, med sol fra morgen til sen kveld. Dyreparken og Sørlandssenteret ligger en 30 min kjøretur unna.

The home has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
