In the immediate vicinity, the Hennesee is within walking distance (swimming, standup paddling, diving, sailing, fishing, inline skating, etc.) Climbing opportunities, the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, ski resorts (Winterberg about 25 minutes, direct and less frequented ski resorts can be reached in 15 minutes). Meschede is a great starting point for hiking, mountain biking and many other activities.

Approximately 3 km outside the center of Brilon, peace is guaranteed. There is a bus right outside the door - also to the Willingen ski resort, which is only 15 minutes away (18 minutes by bus). Winterberg can be reached by car in a good half hour. IMPORTANT: Please bring your own duvet covers (135 × 200), sheets (160 × 200) and towels!
