Here you live next to untouched nature, nice hiking trails, saltwater swimming, golf courses and cozy fishing spots. A short distance away, you will find nice restaurants, swimming and shopping. Here on the beautiful Kulla Peninsula, there is a lot to discover, both for adults and children. We rent out part of our house in two apartments where you get your own entrance to an apartment of 60 m2. Both the bathroom, small kitchen and bedroom were renovated in 2023.

Lilla Skolhuset in Ingelsträde

Lilla Skolhuset is peacefully located in the middle of the small, genuine and rural Ingelsträde. Centrally located in Kullabygden. As close to Skälderviken as to Öresund. A few kilometers of bike path along the old railway embankment into Höganäs central town. Close to Kullaberg, Mölle, Ängelholm and Helsingborg. The schoolhouse is surrounded by a large garden, and the apartment on the second floor offers three bright and spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small study room. The apartment is almost 100 sqm.

Med egen ingång till denna moderna tillbyggnad disponerar ni över ett stort sovrum en trappa upp, ett stort badrum på entré plan samt egen uteplats/trädgård som är inhägnad för husdjur. I hallen finns kylskåp med frysfack, mikrovågsugn, vatten-, ägg-och kaffekokare. På terrassen finns grill, kokplatta, utekök med kallvattenkran samt grill- och matlagnings verktyg. Huset ligger i centrala Höganäs med fem minuter till buss, affärer, restauranger och stranden når man på en kvarts promenad.

Its a spacious, 2 floor apartment, built 2013. You sleep well in a big comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a shower and under floor heating. Simple cooking facilities, with micro wave oven, stove, fridge, kettle and a coffee maker. There are 2 kayaks and 2 bicycles. 1,9 km to one of the most popular beaches at the Bjäre Peninsular. 5 km to Hallandsås Ridge, that is paradise for you that like bicycling,and hiking. 15 km to Ängelholms airport. 12 km to Båstad. 12 km to Torekov.

Within walking distance, you’ll find the sea/beaches, Krapperup Castle, Holy Smoke BBQ, Bräcke Mill, and Kullaberg Vineyard (which is just on the other side of the hedge).

It is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, farm shops, vineyards and only 10 km from Ängelholm and 20 km from Båstad.

Our carefully maintained 50-square-meter apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, including free parking. Airbnb doesn't know how to change the number of beds, there is only one double bed and one bunk bed and not 3 beds as it says in the listing!
