The house is 40 square meters and has its own bathroom and sauna. The room has a sleeping alcove with two beds and a sofa that functions as a double bed. Kitchenette is also available for cooking. Access to private patios with barbecue grills.

The property is next door to the nature reserve and has Kullaberg as a backdrop from the big garden. The bedroom has a double bed (which can be divided into two x 90 cm). The living room has a sofa bed (bed size 140 cm), a kitchen and a dining area. You have a west-facing patio, and one to the east.
