Viken, magical sea view!

Viken with fantastic sea views! Welcome to a fresh cottage with made beds. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the price. The cottage is about 20 sqm with a small kitchenette (stove 2 burners and refrigerator with small freezer compartment) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, dining table, sofa and bunk bed with 120 cm down and an 80 cm bed up. The cottage is newly built and is located next to a private residence, has its own patio, with chairs and tables, parasol, drying rack and its own parking.

The dairy shop in Mölle

The old Mjölkbutiken is newly renovated and is centrally located in Mölle, close to the harbor, restaurants and swimming areas. From the house, you have views of the sea and up to Kullaberg. Large fenced garden in a south-facing location where you can hang out in the lounge on the tree deck or play in the garden. Perfect for spending a summer week or long weekend with the family. Dining area with fireplace and view of the village, the sea and Kullaberg. Up to seven people can stay here in four bedrooms.

Vackra vandrings- och cykelleder inpå knuten. 5 km till närmsta golfbana. 13 km till Torekov. 11 km till Båstad. På tomten finns ca 15 m bort ett ytterligare hus som är bebott av värden.

Två bekväma dubbelrum erbjuder 4 ordinarie sovplatser. För +2 personer finns även bäddsoffa och två extra madrasser efter överenskommelse. Rymligt vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök, badrum med dusch, tvättstuga, altan, uteplats, trädgård och fri parkering på tomten. Välkomna att fråga mig om allt mellan himmel och jord.🌺

🏡 Charmigt litet hus med privat bastu i Skånes vindistrikt – nära havet och Kullaberg, badplats, pizzeria och affär. Tunneberga gästgivargård finns tvärs över vägen. Nära Kattegattsleden som har utsetts till årets cykelled i Europa 2018. Skåneleden för vandring går genom byn. Huset är på 40 kvadratmeter och har eget badrum och bastu. I rummet finns en sovalkov med två sängar och en soffa som fungerar som dubbelsäng. Pentry finns också för matlagning. Tillgång till egen uteplats med grill.

As central as you can get! Fresh one-story house on a corner plot in the middle of the village. Stone-built, private courtyard in the southwest. Residence with living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom Separate sleeping cabin/guest room. Please note that cleaning is not included and that you as a guest are responsible for leaving the house in the same condition as when you moved in. Sheets and towels are usually not included but can be arranged by agreement.

Charming house from 1870 in the old part of town (Höganäs) about 100m from the harbour and 250m from the beach. The house is located on a quiet street in the most picturesque part of Höganäs and has a lovely terraced garden with a large patio. We have owned this house for 9 years and have spent all our holidays here with our 4 children - the house has everything you need, but things are not brand new so you can be relaxed while living here.

The "West Wing" at Gammelgården

The "West Wing" is part of Gammelgården, an 18th-century farmhouse that's one of the oldest buildings in Arild, a charming fishing village on the edge of the Kullaberg nature reserve in north-west Skåne. From the inner courtyard, you enter through the original stable doors into a private wing connected to the main house. The harbour, sea, tennis courts, boule lawn, and public swimming pool are all just a few minutes' walk away.

The house is only 150 meters from the harbor, which is the natural gathering place with cozy restaurants and outdoor dining. Hiking trails, bike paths and swimming areas are at a convenient distance.
