Welcome to our cozy loft cottage, built in 2021! You will have a secluded space with a patio to the west in our garden. The cottage is 24 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We'll put some breakfast food in the fridge, freezer and pantry, to start. Welcome to our charming little house in Höganäs. Perfect for one or two people looking for a simple overnight stay. It has a comfortable 120 cm bed, an armchair for relaxing and a private toilet. We also have a kettle in the house with tea and coffee powder. Please be aware that there is no bathtub or shower. The property is close to local sights and offers a quiet place to rest after a day of exploration. At the house, there are both cats and some chickens that can walk around the garden.

You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

We let out our charming cottage who are completely renovated summer 2014. Located in the quaint little fishing location Old Lerberget just south of Höganäs. The cottage location is 2 minutes walk to the sea and with a very nice jetty sandy beach.
