Bei einer Buchung uns bitte mitteilen, ob nur das Bett, oder auch die Schlafcouch zum übernachten benötigt werden. Das laden von E-Autos ist nur nach Absprache und Kostenübernahme von 0,43.- kw/h erlaubt, bei weiteren Fragen einfach melden.

Geräumige und ruhige Unterkunft. Bad mit Dusche in der Badewanne und ebenso ein großes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Ess-oder Arbeitstisch beinhaltet eine Couch, die als Einzelbett oder Doppelbett für die 3. und 4. Person genutzt wird. Deshalb ist von 2 Schlafzimmern die Rede. In der gut eingerichteten Küche ist alles Wünschenswerte vorhanden. Dort lässt sich ein kleines Frühstück mit den bereitgestellten Zutaten selbst zubereiten.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Nice apartment in the center of the small town of Neuenstein. Nearby is the castle, the church and the park. Within walking distance are 3 restaurants, 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets and 1 butcher. The apartment is on the upper floor with a shared entrance door and staircase, but with its own apartment door. There is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe as well as a private balcony. In the second room there is the kitchen, a dining area and an additional sofa bed.

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
