Relax with the whole family at this lovely summerhouse at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms, as well as an annex connected to the house. Two rooms with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed, as well as an annex with a sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and the main house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. We are renovating on an ongoing basis, so there may be changes compared to the pictures.

Beautiful sunsets can occur :) The house has 2 great terraces, so depending on where the sun is, you can enjoy it outside. There are lots of cozy spots in the garden with heather. The house has a large living room with a new kitchen. In addition, there is a master bedroom with space for 2, as well as an extra room with 3 sleeping places + 1 mattress. The house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

(Power consumption about 20kr/40 minutes) Outdoor shower as well (if frost-free) The house is centrally located on the water side of Rørvigvej. The trip to the lovely sandy beach goes along Porsevej and through the sand escape plantation. About 12 min on foot. Lyngkroen, a supermarket, and mini golf are within walking distance. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful cottage at the end of a closed road with a large plot. There is about 1 km of pleasant walk down to a very child-friendly sandy beach and about 3 km drive down to Gudmindrup beach where you can park by car. There are many good walking and cycling routes in the area. The garden has a campfire area, handball goal and king's game. The TV has access to DR and DR2 and a Chromecast for streaming other channels. There is a covered carport for one car.
