Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Sleeping at "horse farmer"

My cottage is on the property of Stal Marcel Beukers (so you can take your horse with you) near Schagen, Alkmaar, Hoorn, beach and forest. You'll love this place because of the tranquility in the countryside and the friendly people. You live and sleep next to the horses. If you want, you can take training with your horse or take many trips to the beach, city or forest. The cottage is nicely furnished and, despite being small, is equipped with every comfort. Visit the historic towns of Enkhuizen, Hoorn and Medemblik. 40 minutes by car from Amsterdam, one hour from Texel, 40 minutes by car from the North Holland coast. Wonderful area for biking and hiking. Fishing water in front of the door. The accommodation has its own entrance, so you have all the privacy.
