Welcome to Landgoed Oosterwijk, a green oasis with breathtaking views we call our home. At the southernmost tip of our estate, you'll find B&B de Uitkijk, where you'll be greeted by a beautiful, wide view over the flower fields and farmlands. This handbuild tinyhouse is a tribute to its natural surroundings, partly build with trees from our own forest. A tranquil sanctuary where you will be greeted by a rich diversity of birds and where you can relax in the hottub surrounded by lush greenery.

Welkom in ons houten huisje 'het Zuiderzesje’ Kom volledig tot rust in een comfortabel en sfeervol huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Ontspan in de hottub (heet water bad zonder bubbels) die altijd op een aangename 37 graden staat, en laat de stilte van de omgeving op je inwerken. Geniet van het weidse uitzicht over de bollenvelden, maak een wandeling over het strand(op 8 km) of ontdek de rust van het platteland. Laat alle drukte van je afglijden en laad jezelf weer helemaal op.

The apartment is one large space of 140 m2. Upon arrival, you will come up the spiral staircase and immediately approach the lovely 100m2 private roof terrace with built-in Jacuzzi. The house is furnished in a relaxed American style; think of Chesterfield sofas and a large projector with a good sound system. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with kitchenware and standard consumables. There is no separate bedroom, the 2 double beds are behind curtains. The bathroom has a spacious shower

Doordat dit huisje geen wifi-verbinding heeft, kun je weer écht alle tijd hebben met jezelf en elkaar. Come and enjoy all the floral splendor that the Noordkop has in store for you this spring. From the house and the hot tub there is a view of the bulb fields, so you can optimally enjoy the daffodils, hyacinths and tulips in the area. You have your own parking space in front of the door and a swing and hot tub in the garden. Go out on your bike, visit a picking garden or spend a day at the beach, 8 minutes by car and with free parking.

We are open from April 1 to October 1. Pure relaxation, a touch of adventure. Back to the nature but still close to nice towns and the beach? Be welcome on our sheep country! Our unique Bed and Breakfast in Waarland Noord-Holland. Come pick up eggs at our chickens, heat up a fire, sail "a round of Waarland". Or plop into a hanging egg with a book and do nothing at all. Everything is possible, anything is allowed, you set the pace.
