Wat onze plek écht bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van wateruitzichten, prachtige luchten, comfort en een breed scala aan activiteiten voor elke gast. Vanaf het terras kijkt u uit over het meer, waar u kunt zwemmen, roeien, kanoën, suppen of vissen – allemaal letterlijk voor de deur. Je duikt zo vanaf je steiger het water in!

Adjacent to the quiet park is a marina and a public outdoor swimming pool with a playground where everyone can have a great time. This beautiful park is tucked away in the authentic village of Nieuwe Niedorp, a beautiful village with a new shopping center and numerous shops and 2 supermarkets. There is also plenty to see and do in the area.

Directly located on nature reserve De Weelen and the Streekbos, you will find in the vast nature, fantastic hiking trails and many activities, such as lovely beaches, a climbing forest and the barefoot path. Within cycling distance of beautiful Enkhuizen and bustling Hoorn. Our accommodation is ideal for a honeymoon or romantic getaway for two. Rural apartment, on the first floor - with its own roof terrace - has a beautiful wide view over the rural area of Schagen. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a cozy sitting area with TV and a modern kitchen island. The cozy center of Schagen is a 10-minute walk away, and the wide, clean sandy beach can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool within 5 minutes walking distance.

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Hot tub, kayak or 2 SUP boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.

Het Koetshuis: stay in a rural area

Rural and freely located in the head of North Holland and yet close to everything to do are two vacation homes on the grounds of an old farm: the Koetshuis is suitable for 3 people and possibly an extra baby bed. Close to the beach (about 9 km), the boat to Texel and places like Schagen and Alkmaar. Wonderful base for the versatile region. On the property, there is an outdoor swimming pool and play facilities for children.
