Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, box spring mattresses in king size bed, single bed can be extended to two people, balcony with south orientation - view towards the forest and smart TV.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location surrounded by greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cuddly double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Sufficient storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.
