Amazing place. We absolutely loved staying at Michael's place- he was super accommodating and it was a great hub for us. We loved how easy it was to get around, and in spite of being close to everything, it was very peaceful. Thank you for a great trip!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and the perfect spot to spend time with my East Coast family. The multi-level deck was a highlight, fun to explore during the day and the ideal place to unwind in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the views were incredible. The host was thoughtful and super responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The kids loved playing outside, and my toddler was obsessed with the toy car—huge bonus! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for me and my family. We’re so happy we chose this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to stay in LA.

We stayed at Michael’s place because we were taking a family vacation to Universal Studios Hollywood. We found the location to be exactly what we needed. It was just a few minutes away from Universal Studios and on a very private location with breathtaking views! I had a lot of questions prior to booking Michael’s place and he was very responsive and eager to provide help. The communication factor alone made our stay very comfortable, not to mention how beautiful the house is, inside and out! The house is well-equipped with everything you’ll need and it’s centrally located. We also visited Santa Monica Beach while we stayed at Michael’s place and it was a comfortable drive there and back. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend Michael’s place to anyone looking to visit Universal Studios, the local area or simply wants to get away! Will definitely be back! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, providing me with all the details I needed to feel right at home. As soon as I arrived, I was captivated by the charm of the place. The décor was not only stylish but also had a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room was thoughtfully decorated, and you could tell that the host put a lot of effort into creating a cozy and pleasant environment. The natural light streaming through the windows was an added bonus! The amenities were top-notch; I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to whip up some meals during my stay. The living area was comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. And let’s not forget the outdoor space—what a gem! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio while soaking up the sun. Location-wise, this Airbnb couldn't have been better.

Great place to stay for a family going to Universal Stuidos. Lost of space, very close to the park, about a 3 minute drive. Private garage parking, big enough to fit a Chrysler Pacifica with a few inches to spare. Quiet, cannot hear traffic. Responsive, friendly host. Clean, felt right at home. Would absolutely recommend. Such a beautiful home with an exquisite fully enclosed back yard. We felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities, clean house, and new furniture. It was a wonderful stay and we will hopefully be back soon to enjoy this place in the future!!

We had a fantastic stay at this home - it was the perfect retreat for four of us and a pup. The spacious backyard was a dream for our dog, and the four bedrooms offered plenty of comfort and privacy for both couples. Silvia was a responsive and thoughtful host, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped space for a group of friends or family.

Valeriya is an excellent host. She truly is an “invisible fairy host”! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property. I keep coming back because it’s comfortable, inviting, has all the amenities you need and in a safe neighborhood! I’ve stayed here for such long periods of time, the kind neighbors have all come up to me at different times introducing themselves because they think I’m the new owner! 😂 It’s a great home and anyone who stays here will be very satisfied.

First off the neighborhood was very clean, peaceful and quiet. Upon entering the premises, instructions to get inside the gate were clear and spot on. Check in went smoothly! Beautiful property. Everything matched the photos perfectly. The cleanliness of the property was spot. It automatically felt very welcoming and comforting settling in. Toiletries were provided with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste which was thoughtful. Bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice. The pool area was everything! Being able to control the features and temperature of the jacuzzi and pool was a first for me. Very easy to do and so worth it to jump in and relax after an eventful day. Our only regret was wishing we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities like the board game’s provided and watch some movies on the nice smart tv’s! Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your property! It will definitely be my go to spot when visiting LA! Our hosts were very helpful and kind!

What a charming home! This home is located near many shops and restaurants, some even walkable. Spacious kitchen, good sized bedrooms and so many bathrooms! The outdoor space is amazing too! There is a dedicated outdoor kitchen, with a grill and pizza oven, best of all PLENTY of outdoor seating. My entire party enjoyed the stay at this property! Melissa was AMAZING to communicate with and responded so quickly to all my questions! This experience was an A+ all the way!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house is located in a really nice area of the hollywood hills, very quiet in the evenings. The home was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. Also had a large patio in the back that was nice for getting together. We had no problems at all, and when we did have questions the host was very responsive. Our favorite thing was how the house was decorated, with a very LA/Hollywood eclectic vibe.

The house had everything we needed—well-equipped with all the essentials, and plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The pool was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed the nearby park and walking trails. Shopping and dining options were conveniently close, and getting to Disneyland was a quick and easy drive. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We’d love to stay again!

This home was beautifully decorated, well furnished and very clean! Both Harold and Jasper were very attentive and responded quickly. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working properly when we stayed and we were really looking forward to that. They did try and repair it while we were there, but the issue wasn't resolved in time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

Me and my family really enjoyed the place. The HOME was very nice clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful as well. The host got back with me right away when I needed help with anything. I would definitely stay there again and refer anyone else I know that’s looking for a nice Airbnb.
