Lovely cottage close to beach, fishing and golfing

Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

A car is advantageous to explore the adjacent towns such as Heiligenhafen, Weissenhäuser Strand, Grömitz or Dahme. There are sleeping places for 4 adults but also as a family with small children everything is available (please let us know what is needed). The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
