Unsere kleine Villa steht Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt exclusiv zur Verfügung. Weder wir als Vermieter noch Gäste sind dann im Haus. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße in Sasel und ist trotzdem zentral gelegen und verbindet dadurch ruhiges, komfortables Wohnen mit der Infrastruktur einer Großstadt. In nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Saseler Markt und das attraktive Alstertaleinkaufzentrum. Die Einfahrt hat 2 Carportplätze (bei Bedarf Platz für 2 weitere Autos dahinter)

House Stamp is a paradise for people and animals.

Willkommen im Haus Stamp, einem liebevoll restaurierten, denkmalgeschützten Reetdachhaus mit rund 200 Jahren Geschichte. Das ehemalige Bauernhaus wurde in den 1990er-Jahren umfassend saniert und befindet sich seit 2016 in unserem Besitz. Es wohnen zwei Familien in dem Haus und wir haben zusätzliche Wohneinheiten geschaffen, die wir vermieten. Neben dem Haupthaus wird auch eine kleine Ferienwohnung für maximal vier Personen vermietet, die ebenfalls bei Airbnb zu finden ist.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.
