We've restored and reinvented it with care. The property sits inside a national park, with no man-made structures in sight. The bedroom, dining, and living areas all face the sea through oversized custom windows. The outdoor bath, sunken in reclaimed Meiji-era Izu stone, looks out onto two uninhabited islands. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.
