Family-friendly holiday rentals in Hopewell

Lovely property, super spacious, Beautiful, cozy, fully stocked condos...great for our family of 6 on a short notice vac. Tania was great accommodating us. To find a Clean & sanitized place was a huge concern for my family & I, but Tania went beyond expectations...Excellent location to Williamsburg activities. Beaches, Pools and put-put golf were great for families. We had a lovely time! The staff were also kind and helpful. We would recommend it and would definitively come back!

Brooke is great host! Fast reply, and informative all the way. We received a call from her to guide us through our check-in process and everything went smoothly. The place was perfect for me and my family of 6 ample space.. full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, It had all the essentials we needed. The resort is completely family friendly! We played mini golf, my 20 year old enjoyed the basketball court and gym, and my 3 girls loved the pool!! If we ever go to Virginia again we would definitely book through Brooke, we also saw she has other listings. Highly recommended 🙌

i was extremely nervous about renting an air BnB but I'm so glad i did!! and i couldn't ask for a better host! he was patient, friendly and knowledgeable and everything went exactly how he said it would. the condo was beautiful, cozy, comfortable and clean.. i will most definitely be a returning customer!

10 minutes from everything to do. Great restaurants in the area. Quiet peaceful place. Hot tub and pool amenities were excellent.

When our first reservation fell through, Nadine quickly helped us secure a place for our family of six and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Our unit was perfect for us — much bigger than I expected for a two bedroom, and the pools were also a big hit. Location is central to Williamsburg sights.

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

Our family had such a wonderful experience! The home is so spacious, cool historic decor, clean, and beautiful property surrounding. Everywhere you look is beautiful scenery including the gorgeous horses and donkeys. Clear instructions and the communication with the host was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our family and will absolutely stay there again in the future!

We had a nice and relaxing stay! We were in Richmond for medical treatment for my husband and we spent three weeks at the house. It was very clean, comfortable, and is in a great neighborhood. It is close to several Target and Kroger stores and many other shopping centers. It is also a close and easy drive to VCU. Cadu was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this house to stay in for any length of time!!

Stayed for a couple months and it was great. Friendly, responsive hosts, fast internet, quiet, safe neighborhood, and a strong AC that kept the unit cool even during the summer heatwave. Can't really ask for more! Driving to get places is mandatory, but that was fine for me.

This beautiful home was exactly what I needed to house my extended family to be close to a graduation venue. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were so helpful in EVERY way, truly going above and beyond. Older homes have character, and upkeep can be a challenge. However, here the interior was spotless, and exceeded my expectations, 10/10. The exterior had a couple spots that could use attention, but was overall very nice. Beds: quality mattresses, linens, and pillows! Even the day bed downstairs was super comfy. Kitchen: clean and well-stocked. All the essentials and some extras were available. Backyard: amazing! We made use of as much as we could, weather permitting. The gazebo is a lovely place to gather. And the pickleball court—OMG—we literally spent hours on it! We also played corn hole and other games. All in all, a fantastic weekend, and this home is at the top of my list for Richmond. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay. House is so well kept and clean. Perfect location for exploring Richmond - easy walk to the best bars and restaurants. Great dog walking! Really lovely neighborhood. Can’t recommend enough - Patrick was especially helpful and communicative.

My favorite airbnb to date!!! Such a beautiful, historic house with everything we needed to feel right at home. The 4 separate bedrooms and beds were great. Plenty of space for a family or group of friends to spend time together but still have privacy. The location was perfect too with ample parking. The playground right across the street was a nice surprise for the kids too. We absolutely loved this home and will definitely be back ❤️

Perfect location. The condo is huge! Clean , safe and in a perfect location to get to attractions and local stores. The outdoor space is a bonus! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here. The resort was very nice and had plenty to do. The kids really enjoyed the pool after a day of being out. Its location is great for all the local attractions as well as shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to Williamsburg.

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

The villa was the perfect place for our family to stay for graduation weekend at William and Mary. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Setting was lovely and great for walks in our down time. The only issue we had was the villa was not ready at the designated check in time and we had to wait an hour before we could get in.

Brought my family of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) to VA for April break. We had plenty of space to spread out between the two units. The resort is located up the street from shopping centers for all you basic needs. Early spring meant the outdoor pool wasn't open, but my children (15, 12 & 11) enjoyed the other amenities offered such as pickleball, miniature golf and the activity center. The resort is going through some refurbishment, so there were places that had dumpsters and equipment out. We felt safe walking around the property at all times. The only draw back, which is no reflection on Christian, was one of our units had a sewage smell and a damp smell. We flushed out the water pipes to clear out the smell and the carpets need to be updated, again not the fault of the host. This space may be on the list to be refurbished. I provided my feedback to the resort. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property to other families.
