Our stay was wonderful. there is so much to do. From the movie room to the games to the lake it was something there for everyone. The home was big enough for a large family. I personally loved sitting on the front porch in the morning taking in the peacefulness and the beauty of the big tree in.the yard. All in all we loved it and we couldn't ask for a better host than Daniel. We hope to make ot back next year.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed everything the home offered. Lots of things for the kids to do. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much! The home and property were better in person. Super clean and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend and will return for sure!

Comfortable home that was exactly what my family needed. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Shower on the first floor is my favorite of any place I’ve stayed. Maria was always responsible and was flexible my with requests.

Highly Recommend! This place is even more beautiful in person! Super clean, cozy, and peaceful. The pool, jacuzzi, and view were amazing.we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and omg the sunset is beautiful. The bed and couch were so comfy. our Yorkie loved running around the big yard. The area is quiet and perfect for a getaway. We enjoyed a great BBQ by the pool, and everything was just perfect,very private too. Melissa is a fantastic host,very friendly and quick to respond. We had a great stay—the backyard is beautiful and peaceful; the pool resort-quality and refreshing; kitchen well-equipped for preparing chef-quality meals; house full of interesting reads, artwork, and games. Everyone from 9 to 92 enjoyed the house. We also explored the neighborhood and found it close to all sorts of interesting places right out the front door. Would definitely stay again next time we come to Richmond.

Truly a lovely “resort” - the home is beautifully updated inside and out! The backyard is truly an oasis. Thoughtfully stocked; no detail was left out. Thanks for a great weekend.

It is an incredible property, pictures and words don’t do it justice. The home, grounds and neighborhood are very well appointed with a wonderful layout. There are multiple outdoor gathering areas, we saw swans daily, the bird and frog songs were enchanting. We walked the neighborhood every day. The pool and landscaping were amazing. The master wing is exceptional. We were there for a family wedding and the “princess” dressing room was very well used. The master bath/ shower room has a steam feature that we enjoyed and the” sparkly” bath and shower were magical for our grandkids ( and the adults.). The art and collections were exotic and everyone, not just the grandchildren were enchanted. We entertained 10-25 guests comfortably each evening. As to previous reviews about cleanliness-it was fine, as per linens, everything was available, clean, folded. PS if you want the St. Regis this property has much more to offer than fluffy robes and slippers. We will be back!

Off-the-grid meets modern amenities! This house has it all: tranquility, privacy, incredible outdoor and indoor amenities. We loved the pool and outdoor shower, especially. Although the last 1.5 miles are on a gravel road, which is slow going, it is well worth the drive. It’s convenient to the town of Louisa, as well as Charlottesville. All the bedrooms, the living room, as well as the cabana in the pool area, have smart TVs, the kitchen is well-stocked and the bathrooms are absolutely impeccable. By far, this is the cleanest house we’ve ever rented. I highly recommend this property.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

This house was terrific for family to stay at during our son's graduation place. Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful setting right on the river. The indoor and outdoor amenities were many and very comfortable. The dock on the river was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for a nice stay.

Perfect setting for our family to reconnect. Host was great with communication and the home was unique. Very welcoming and fun!

We were just staying there because of work, but it was in a cool area and if you like the outdoors there is a big trail.

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing home! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than we expected. The house had everything we needed—so comfortable and well-equipped that we didn’t even feel like going out! Every little detail was just right, making our trip feel extra special. This was a family trip before my mother’s return to Thailand, and staying here made it truly memorable. We are so grateful for the warmth, comfort, and care this home provided. Thank you for helping us create such special memories—we would absolutely love to come back again!

The house was extremely clean and neat and in a very quiet neighborhood. It looked just like the pictures and necessities were provided. James was a good communicator and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for our needs.

CJ 's place is surrounded with beautiful trees. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house was clean. CJ was very responsive with any questions we had. We would rent the house again.

This was our second time staying at Kim’s property and with good reason. Once again, it was a pleasant stay. The pictures accurately portray the space. It was so nice to arrive and find snacks, water and coffee available. Kim really goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. He is very responsive and proactive. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is so comfy. We enjoyed taking walks along High Street into Old Town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

We were on vacation and planned to go to Busch gardens and water country USA. The property was only about an hour away and we got to go on the ferry which the kids absolutely loved! That was a first time experience for many of us so that was a real treat. The property itself was just as pictured. It was nice and private and the kids enjoyed the swings and the giant checker table. The cabin had everything we needed during our stay and it was very homey. We be more than happy to stay here again or recommend it to anyone that would be visiting the area. Keisha was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well.

We rented this house to attend my son’s graduation and the photos do it no justice. Beautiful house, spacious and very clean. Malik the host was great and accommodating, he secured a lost package until we arrived days before we were scheduled to arrive. If i am ever in the area I will make sure to check if it is available.

This was our second stay in a short period of time. It was nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed the space. Everyone commented on how peaceful and homey it felt. Overall great experience. Violet communicates very well and is very responsive. If you are visiting RVA this is a great place to stay.

Matt and Erin did a wonderful job with their lovely home. Very clean and serene. We loved the surroundings, being inside a park was pretty cool! It was nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside. The only advice I have is don’t forget to bring your own seasonings if you love to cook. Otherwise, we loved the space and felt right at home!

She is a great host! She always responded to us kindly and I am very grateful.

Ryan's place was amazing; exactly as described in the pictures. Ryan was very responsible, and honestly, we did not encounter any issues. Overall, I would greatly recommend staying here.

Great location. Private and very quiet. A great place to stay on vacation. James is very responsive. The place is as described and is very cozy and nice for a small family. We will definitely stay at this property for future visits.

Alexander was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze. This was located in a prime location. Tons to do within walking distance. Many excellent restaurants in the area. I highly recommend El Pope, Beauvine, Abi’s Books & Brews, and Little Mexico! The home was beautiful!!! Absolutely stunning in person. Very clean. Great amenities! It is a hidden gem! There’s tons to do if you want to drive as well. Very cute area. Well worth it!! Thank you!!
