In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a terrace and a fenced garden area.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The sun looks in the window from all sides. The apartment is warm, cozy and stylish. All rooms provide plenty of space for peace and quiet. The bathroom is a private spa, on the balcony you sit in the middle of the alpine recreation room. Why the title of Alpine Forest? The Kitzbühler Alps are outside and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine - the table, the bed, everything made by hand.

Beautiful apartment in the mountains with great views of three ski resorts in the Zillertal. Two bedrooms & a sofa bed have enough space for 6 in this spacious space. Private terrace on the sunny side with BBQ facilities. Underfloor heating and accessible shower ensure a cozy living climate. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a cot.
