The gondola lift can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the central parking lot, the Brixentaler Dom and the Berglift train station are also in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is the ideal starting point for numerous activities, from skiing tobogganing, hiking, bathing or simply relaxing in our wonderful mountains.

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.
