It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

we have just finished 6 days of wonderful holiday in Anna's lovely apartment, and one thing is for sure and that is that we will come back, hopefully already next year, it is charming and cozy, and the surroundings are fantastic for walking, and with the Alpbachtal card you can go on some good mountain hikes, and other exciting experiences, or you can sit outside the door and look at the mountains....because outside Anna and her family are very helpful and nice.. We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Thank you for a nice stay. The apartment is small but perfect for two people. Well equipped. Purely. Warm. Nice view from the terrace. 4 ski resorts can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The hosts were very nice and discreet.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner - thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

Really nice, well-furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen!! We had two dogs with us, so the location with direct walking and also the small garden was ideal!! There are also many opportunities for hikes and excursions right on the doorstep, really perfect for an active holiday!! It was also great that we had a location connection for our electric car in the garage. The only negative point is the amount of the extra fee for pets, which is definitely too high at €99 and already very outrageous!!

The vacation in the accommodation Bergliebe was great! Claudia gave very proactive tips on hikes and day trips and the accommodation corresponded exactly to the pictures, modern and clean. In the kitchen, there was everything you need for a week, incl. Coffee machine. Overall, the location and accommodation were very quiet and with a wonderful view of the sunset in the mountains. I would recommend it at any time!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful and very cozy apartment. It is well equipped. Especially in the cozy bed, you can sleep excellently. Communication also worked flawlessly. The apartment offers the ideal starting point for many activities in the surroundings. The place Hopfgarten is also worthwhile. We will be happy to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing week at these apartments! Everything was exactly as described—comfortable, cozy, and felt just like home. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. One of the biggest highlights was the location—relatively close to the ski lift, making it super convenient for our daily adventures. We honestly feel like we were incredibly lucky to find this gem. It made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the mountains.

We had a very pleasant stay in Heinz's apartment. The location is perfect. In the immediate vicinity, there are beautiful hiking trails and a good connection to the train (free of charge with the Brixental guest card). Heinz is a very friendly and helpful host who supported us with many useful recommendations. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the photos: clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. We can only recommend the stay and thank Heinz again. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Elisabeth’s place was ideal. Just a 5 minute walk from the main Hopfgarten train station and 5 minute walk to the ski lift to the Skiwelt area. It had all the kitchen ammenities to be able to cook after a long day skiing, but if not, there are a few really nice restaurants just up the road. The apartment was very comfortable with a nice living area that we could relax in after a long day. Ski storage facilities are available, which was convenient. Excellent value for money.

We stayed with 3 friends in villa itter for a short ski. It met all expectations, the good weather was the icing on the cake! We arrived at 01:00 at night but the instructions were very clear and we did not encounter any issues. We were not short of anything. We are considering planning several more short skis here!

A good apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms. 1 bedroom with lots of wardrobes 1 with 2 clothes racks and in a separate room also wardrobes. Mattress reasonably hard and wide other mattress a little softer and narrower. Living room with 2 good sofas and large dining table. Kitchen reasonably well equipped we asked for an oven dish and glasses and that was arranged immediately. Bring your own Nespresso because there is a filter machine. Shower is fantastic and the bathroom has underfloor heating really lovely! There is a hair dryer. There were 2 bath towels. Few kitchen linen. In about 5 minutes by the gondola. Spar nearby pay attention to very busy Saturday afternoon. Baked sandwiches in the oven every day. Fridge with small freezer. And of course a church bell, but that didn't bother us. Host Peter friendly and quick to respond via Airbenb messages.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

We had a wonderful weekend at the Sky apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.

This place was stunning - from the beautiful design, the incredible views, the outdoor space, and the high quality amenities. This home exceeded all our expectations. We felt right at home. It is the perfect space to spend time with family and relax in the peaceful setting of Kirchberg. Karin was an amazing host. She was very responsive and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!
