Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

We offer a quiet apartment close to the train station. Our bakery is located in the house, from which you can also order breakfast in the apartment if you wish. The world-famous Lindt "Home of Chocolate" chocolate factory museum is just a 5-minute drive away. It is worth a visit.
