Kitchen equipped with an electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, sink, boiler and coffee maker. Bathroom including a bathtub with an integrated shower and 2 sinks. Multiple parking spots on the property.

In the middle of the hiking and biking area. The beautiful Lake Thurler is 10 minutes by bike. Large playground, viewing terrace (pergola). Suitable for families with children. Lots of toys are available. Trampoline, terrace - garden - sauna - playground - free parking lot with electric.

Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The Greifensee is in the immediate vicinity - with the Seebadi Egg. Within walking distance, a cozy barbecue area is located at the `frog waterfall`.
