Holiday rentals with a patio in Horley

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

A great little place for the weekend. Had everything we needed with some awesome wine bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

John’s place was the perfect place to stay on our first stop during our honeymoon! John gave us some wonderful food recommendations as well as places to see in the area. The space is clean and has everything you would need, they’ve done a great job making use of a small space. If we are back in the area again, we will absolutely be looking to stay here!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Kelly's place. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail just as shown in the listing. It instantly felt like home the moment I arrived. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was clear they genuinely cared about creating a great experience for their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Rebecca & Scott were a perfect hosts, making my stay in Shere incredibly comfortable and special by making thoughtful touches. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. Calley went above and beyond to make her home beautiful and clean but was very surprised at the attention to detail with the tastefully prepared Christmas decorations and cooking ingredients in the pantry. Her home felt very homely and really gave my family a perfect Christmas away. We are all very well rested and I will highly recommend her home to any family who would appreciate a home away from home. 10/10 thanks Calley for letting us stay at your lovely home, we hope to be back in the near future.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. The interior of the house is absolutely lovely, with tasteful decor that makes you feel right at home the moment you step inside. Every room is thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its so nice! Parking was a breeze, with a space available right outside. This made it incredibly convenient, especially after long days of exploring the area. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hosts were truly exceptional. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The welcome pack was so nice and thoughtful. Loved the stay and will definitely return.

Nick and Sandra were so so lovely and accommodating! Their space was beautiful and they even stocked the fridge with some basic food which was so kind and helpful for the time I was there! They met me when I arrived and were beyond welcoming and helpful! I had a lovely stay at their place and would recommend to anyone! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area!☺️❤️

We stayed here for the weekend as we were attending an event at K2 Crawley, which was only a 11 minute drive away. Place was great and comfortable. Had all the facilities to cook an evening meal. We had our young grand-daughter with us and the host made sure we had a cot and high-chair to use. Would stay again.

A great house, open plan, light and a stunning outdoor area with views across the countryside. Perfect weekend away with a group of friends. Close to Denbies Vineyard, which was worth the visit on a sunny day. Would recommend for any group looking for a space to relax and entertain.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. On walking through the cheerful blue door into a very welcoming lounge, then through to the kitchen and dining area, the house is so beautifully presented. The lovely yard is perfect for sitting outside in the sun, and the garden is very well presented. The bedrooms are well appointed with a wardrobe in one and hangers on the wall in the other, and even a tv in each. A very comfortable bed with nice soft linen made for a good sleep. An ensuite in each bedroom is very much appreciated, with complimentary toiletries. The basement has a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with the laundry. Dorking is a delightful town, with plenty old style pubs. The two stations are within easy walking distance and have good connections to London. The nearby Denbies winery is worth a visit and makes a nice backdrop to the town. My sister and I had a lovely week here and were sorry to leave. We both highly recommend this house for a short or long stay.

We had a lovely stay for work, the place was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and the host had great communication. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, well-decorated apartment - easy stay for two people. Only a five-minute walk down to the seafront and close to the Pier, and only a ten-minute walk to the Laines. Fair warning that staying in the summer means you'll want to bring a fan or sleep with the window open. The front window opens onto the street, so it's not great to leave open at night, but it's lovely during the day. Some people smoke in the alley behind the apartment, so it's also occasionally not great with the open bedroom window.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. We will be going back hopeful for longer next time . I would like to thank Rob for letting us take our two dogs and for a lovely welcome. Neil and Sandra Smith

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

This apartment was one of the most comfortable and considered I have stayed in on Airbnb. Lovingly put together, the interior is attractive and detail orientated, and made us feel very at home. The location couldn't be better, we had a great time and excellent stay.

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia.
