Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Chalupa Maršovská

A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

Villa Adélka - a cozy cottage in the Krkonoše Mountains

Adélka is situated in Horní Maršov, the gate to Eastern Krkonoše. From us you can discover every corner of Krkonoše. We are close to Černá Hora, Sněžka, Pomezní boudy and Rýchory. Adélka is ideal for families or groups of friends and since she is a big girl, she can accomodate easily 25 people. There is a big fully equipped kitchen, big common room (Hospoda) and enough private and common rooms to enjoy your stay. Downstairs there is more private apartment with own kitchen and bathroom.

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Step back in time in a 200-year-old cottage in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains. The ground floor has a main room with a tiled stove, a kitchenette and a double bed, plus a kitchen, sauna, and workshop. The adjacent room has two beds and a shower. There is also a dry toilet, which is not heated. Upstairs is a spacious room with a double bed and balcony access. Ski slopes, cross-country trails, and cycling paths are nearby. Pets welcome.
