There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Our beautiful apartment (70 square meters) is quietly and idyllically located near the forest. To enjoy the picturesque Volcanic Eifel, hiking on the Eifelsteig (stages 7-8), the Krimi hiking trail, the rock and Celtic path and in the Lampertstal. The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

Vacation home at Ulmen Castle

Super quiet location right in the heart of idyllic Ulmen. In the immediate vicinity are the historic castle ruins and the youngest maar of the Eifel, which invites you to relax in the summer. Another highlight is the Maarstollen, which opened in 2023. With a length of 124 m, you can quickly hike from one maar to another and at the same time stand in the middle of the volcano. Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ulmen, ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Weidenstraße 7A – unweit vom Ulmener Maar und der Burgruine. Vor einigen Jahren befand sich in diesem Anwesen noch eine alte Scheune, die meine Brüder liebevoll zu einem charaktervollen und urigen Landhaus umgebaut haben. Auf der gemütlichen Holzterasse können sie den Tag ausklingen lassen und die Idylle des Abends genießen.
