Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Whilst the accommodation doesn't have a kitchen, we include a fresh breakfast including fruit, juice, yogurt, milk and berry compot. A selection of cereals, tea, coffee, (Nespresso Machine). This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier mattress, tea/coffee etc., Short walk to pub where your dog is welcome. The Old Barn has a breakfast & food prep area, air fryer, microwave, fridge Welcome pack provided & continental breakfast basket.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Little Michaelmas is a cosy bolthole barn loft space situated on the Surrey/West Sussex border. It sits opposite the main house with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is in the heart of prime cycling, mountain biking and walking country - straight from the front door and a three minute walk to a great pub serving excellent food. Please do come and relax here and enjoy the wonderful countryside.
