The barn is a gorgeous place to stay - it is very well appointed and comfortable with many thoughtful touches. The breakfast of homemade granola was a real treat. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the beautiful area. Natasha was extremely thoughtful and responsive to any requests.

peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings, the barn is squeaky clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Silvana has thought of it all and made it really easy to enjoy. Its a great area of the world close to beautiful coastline and hiking paths. We at the Cuckmere Inn which I'd recommend as well as a visit to Rathfinny vineyard and Beak brewery.

We loved our stay at The Old Dairy, located in a picturesque part of the Surry Hills. Gill is a warm and helpful host and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Lots to do in the area, beautiful walking trails, ideal for families. Would stay here again!

Super stay at Rose Cottage! Located on a beautiful peaceful farm, yet just 1 minute from an excellent pub and great villages. A great base for our Surrey hills adventure! Colette was an excellent, responsive and helpful host! The cottage was immaculately clean and well stocked! Colette kindly brought us over some farm eggs and introduced us to her lambs! It was a delightful week. Thank you!

Myself, my partner and dog had a lovely 2 night stay at the Bothy. The location is very secluded but we managed to find it with no issues when we followed the instructions provided. There was an issue with electricity on arrival but Cathy was very responsive and managed to sort this promptly. She offered really great recommendations of things to do/places to eat whilst we were there. There are some lovely walks nearby which our dog absolutely loved! The huge garden was also perfect for her. Highly recommend and hope to come back again one day.

Beautiful little cottage in the large garden of the hosts. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable. The house is located on a narrow side street. Nevertheless, it is very quiet.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lotties! Everything was perfect and we hope to return in the future. The beds were a great size and extremely comfortable, super showers , everything you could need in the kitchen. Everything was top notch and the setting incredibly peaceful. We loved our stay in this unusual property set in such a beautiful location. Gordon and Marya were great hosts. Very friendly and responsive if we needed something but respected our privacy at the same time. It was easy to find and was exactly what was described in the listing. Our dog felt at home and settled quickly and loved the beach walks and discovering the South Downs. Thank you for making us feel so at home.

We really enjoyed our stay in the barn — the surroundings were gorgeous, and the barn itself was beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless! Ingela and Nick were amazing, friendly hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. They provided plenty of great recommendations, and as we were attending a wedding nearby, they even helped us arrange an amazing dog-sitter! The space and surroundings where extremely relaxing... it's a pity we only stayed for 3 nights. We will definitely look at booking again if we are in the area.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

We loved every minute of our stay at Foxtrot. Shelagh is such a lovely lady who has a fantastic eye for detail and really looks after her guests. We were expecting a small space and just needed a bed for a couple of nights, but it was so gorgeous that we didn’t want to leave. It was all so beautifully designed and tastefully done with absolutely everything we could possibly need. We woke up to see the sheep and birds through the patio doors and could sit outside or inside to watch them. We then discovered a pair of binoculars and ID guide and a book with bird calls to help us identify everything. Highly recommended in every aspect - not enough characters available to tell you everything - just stay and be delighted! Shelagh has a small pottery studio next door and makes the most beautiful mugs and jugs which are very reasonably priced and are for sale as well as for use in the cottage.

My family and I had a delightful stay. Joanna was the warmest host and we loved our long weekend in the beautiful barn conversion, complete with log burner fire, comfortable amenities and all set in very beautiful rural surroundings. The perfect get away for us and our young children. Thank you Joanna!

Thank you for a really fantastic stay! Guy’s Airbnb is truly exceptional - wonderful garden, beautifully furnished and fully equipped space, set right next to the magnificent Black Down. A great base for walks and enjoying a break from the city. Communication was straightforward and some essentials in the fridge and cake left for guests on arrival were a very thoughtful touch. We are already looking forward to coming back!

What a beautiful place! Bex and her family have created the most stylish yet warm and welcoming haven. Everything was immaculate, considered and perfectly presented. So comfortable with so many thoughtful touches and we felt very pampered. Bex herself was equally warm (and stylish!) and we really appreciated her popping in to say hello and check on us. All communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Highly recommended for a restful break in the most beautiful surroundings. Thank you Bex!

I’ve never felt so completely at ease, this house felt just like home. It’s warm, comfortable, and boasts an incredible countryside view. The nights were serene and quiet, and I always felt safe. The décor is cozy, and the place is well‑equipped. The host was always available and kind, promptly addressing my only two requests (and that’s because everything else was already perfect). The bedding is top‑quality, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the TV is large with excellent picture quality. After nearly 40 days, I’m feeling nostalgic about leaving. If I ever return to this area, I would love to stay in this house again. I can only express my heartfelt thanks—it was an absolute pleasure!

We had a fabulous stay at Sara’s place and felt right at home from the minute we arrived. It was a great location for short distance driving to Knockhatch Adventure Park and also to get into Hastings for the day. The attention to detail in The Stables was just lovely - everything has been carefully thought about and parking right outside too. The beds were super comfy and we wish we could’ve have stayed longer. Sara and Simon were great hosts - we couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Steve was incredibly helpful and considerate, taking time to answer our questions and support with our stay on the island. The house is immaculate and beautifully put together. The kids loved the pool and the bbq. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful oasis of calm. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely loved the 2 nights we booked here, just wish we had booked a little longer. Straight from initial booking all correspondence was clear and prompt. The accommodation is stunning and so peaceful and set in idyllic surroundings. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, plus have lots of recommendations for the local area. A stunning home from home. Gorgeous countryside all around and a lovely enclosed private garden. The barn is beautifully decorated, with really personal touches. Breakfast and essentials provided. Comfortable and just a total delight. Anna was helpful, responsive and courteous at all times. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A very roomy, characterful appartment for four people, although the beds are a bit on the small side. The place was clean, tidy and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you'd need. The instructions from the host regarding finding the property wery very helpful. Overall we had a great stay.
