Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Horsham District

This little cottage is quirky and charming. It is set in a beautiful garden with plenty of outside space to sit and chill. the host, Sally Ann, is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

I would say this is one of my favorite places in the UK, truly a hidden gem!! No one would ever regret coming here. Carol and Clive are very helpful and caring. They have a fantastic home in a lovely neighborhood with a huge, beautiful garden. You can spot sheep every day, and they take good care of every plant and even prepare food for the birds. They also leave a bowl of water outside for passing dogs, so sweet! The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. The whole village of Lamberhurst is filled with birdsong, and every corner is peaceful and charming. I loved all the restaurants I visited, and everyone I met was genuinely friendly. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thanks a mill for everything :)

I had a comfortable room in Jane’s home. Other guests arrived and we had a fine time connecting in Jane’s kitchen. Jane laid out a simple nourishing breakfast, made coffee or tea. The location was excellent. Jane was a considerate and friendly hostess. Thank you!

The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Breakfast is great, and we were able to use the guest living room and dining room when we needed to. Most importantly though, Patty is a wonderful person and the reason, above all else, I'd recommend staying here. All in all, absolutely fantastic :)

We had a very good stay with Andrew and Janet, who are both great hosts. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. We particularly noticed how quiet the area was. We also enjoyed chatting over breakfast.

Sonja’s BnB was perfect for what I wanted - just a single night stay to attend an event close by - and Sonja herself was helpful and polite and we had a lovely chat over breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Great stay, a little bit out of the city centre but public transport was very easy to use. Spent a few nights here and we were able to navigate our way around london as first timers! Room is as described and host was welcoming!

What a lovely Airbnb experience! Fiona was hospitable and friendly and chatting with her over breakfast each morning was lovely. We loved exploring this new neighborhood of London and would happily return.

A lovely stay in a pretty and comfortable cottage with a beautiful garden. A delicious continental breakfast of fruit, cereal, muesli and yoghurt, toast and homemade marmalade and good coffee. An excellent base, quiet and countrified yet close to the town centre. It was a pleasure meeting Angela who was kind and friendly.

Absolutely loved my stay in the shepherds hut, beautiful scenery of the land. Was very nice and clean. Hot tub was a nice addition to are stay as was the swing in the forest. I would definitely be coming back to sue as she was such a friendly host. And she gave us some nice recommendations of places to go and visit. And lovely homemade breakfasts brought to us every morning. Can’t wait to come back.

Sandra is the ultimate hostess. Personable, accessible, kind. I can’t say enough about her rental, right up there with the best I’ve ever rented (and that’s many.) Spotless, expertly appointed. And such thoughtfulness around food and beverage provisions which means a lot when you’re tired and weary and dehydrated from a long travel. I will absolutely come back on any return trip to London. WOW ! What can we say ? From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty. Mark and Steve were the perfect hosts. To walk to town/beach is about 15 mins. Local shops and pub nearby if required about a 2 min walk. The house is immaculate and the room was perfect. The bathroom was also extremely clean and very nice. Coffee/ Tea and water provided, and we had crisps and chocolate on arrival too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank guys for a great stay and look forward to staying again soon. Andy & Suzanne

Perfect place to stay for the Brighton Marathon. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access into Brighton, host very helpful.

This was my third stay here and I had a fantastic time, as always, in this cosy and well kitted-out space with everything you need and then some! The included midnight snack/breakfast spread was amazing and plentiful, and I also appreciated the kind note welcoming me back. It is private with a lovely garden area to sit out and have a meal, plus it's close to a high street, a park, multiple grocery options, and so much more. This spot is an absolute gem -- I now book my London trips around the days Tamila's place is available! Thanks for a lovely stay! ❤️

Lucy was extremely hospitable & thoughtful ! The fridge in my room has crumpets inside !! Cute ! A bowl of little varied chocolates, one of fruit & cutlery , a breakfast bowl , kettle : tea , coffee , hot chocolate and more , she thought of everything , and even had some toiletries incl shampoo & conditioner.. my room has its own showroom / toilet 👍🏼 Very communicative , friendly , helpful and happy for you to enjoy her garden and home ! Will def stay again if I return ! Plus Sassy her fluffy grey cat is a bonus ! Thanks L! 🪷

We only stayed the night as we were taking part in a charity event, so it was short and sweet, but the house was amazing. Michele couldn’t do enough for us! The room was beautiful and clean, as well as the bathroom. Bed was so comfy!! Lovely treats left for us in the room. We had to leave very early the next morning, so didn’t get to take advantage of the cooked breakfast, but a lovey alternative was left for us. We felt right at home. We would definitely stay again, but for longer. Thank you for being an amazing host Michele xx

I everything about my stay was perfect. April and Perry were very kind and friendly and had the place set up so beautifully. A private entrance from the street (with two security gates) meant that I felt safe as a solo traveler and confident that I would not disturb them as I came and went. The garden is nothing short of magnificent and lends privacy to the guest cabin in back. Lovely outdoor seating for guests is also provided. There was some warm weather while I was there and although there is no AC, there were plenty of fans to keep the room at a very comfortable temperature. If you’re working at the National Archives or looking for a lovely quiet base in London, this is a truly wonderful place to be!
