It is located 5 minutes from IFEMA (15 minutes walking) and 5 minutes from Madrid Barajas airport. Just 15 minutes walk from Metro station San Lorenzo, which is a direct ride to city center in 25 minutes. Additionally, there are very good bus connections in the neighborhood.

New apartment Charming 3 bedroom apartment, very modern and with all the comforts and services for your stay in Madrid. Located next to the Ice Palace and very close to IFEMA (you can walk). It has the Metro next door and several bus lines, very well connected. There is a municipal sports center right there and there is the Juan Carlos I park very close to running, playing sports, or visiting as a family. It's an apartment with a lot of light!

Very bright and in the best location, perfectly connected. Less than 100 meters from the Mar de Cristal metro station. Only one stop away from Ifema (Feria de Madrid) and three from the airport (Madrid Fully equipped, 50"TV, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, has air conditioning/heating and terrace. Likewise, the area has all the necessary services, buses, supermarkets and shopping center.
