We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

Highly recommend the loft There were two of us with a cat. One of us on the queen bed and the other on the sofa-bed. Contrary to other buildings and structures in Cancún that can have thin walls with noise penetrating from above or the sides the loft is part of a robust and very firm building. Which allows for great sleep and rest. There is also a courtyard at the back where we were able to take our cat out. There is wonderful lush vegetation at the front of the building. Our hosts were great and it was all smooth sailing, which is what one wants! Location is excellent too. Again, highly recommend the loft!

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

The Amada has a special charm. The apartment is even better than in the photos: well decorated, comfortable, with an ideal terrace to relax and a perfect barbecue for those of us who enjoy cooking on the fire. The sunsets from the fifth-floor pool are incomparable: direct view of the marina and its boats, spectacular! The beach club is very close, it is comfortable, with a good restaurant and reasonable prices. The store in the building is useful for the basics (although it closes early). The beach was pristine, with no sargassum, and the marina pier is a beautiful promenade. Alexa was a great host: she sent us clear instructions before we arrived and immediately resolved the small situations that arose. We had an excellent stay with my wife and son. Everything flowed harmoniously. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment, in a private and calm area, when you are feeling secure 100%. Gabriela is an amazing host, she’s ready to help any time you need. I feel really comfortable same at my home. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are washer and dryer to get your clothes ready. Nice swimming pool. There’s secured spacious parking in case if you rent any vehicle. Easy access and easy to find. Hosts give clear instructions how to get in. Located in downtown, shopping malls, grocery shops, cafes and gym nearby. Thank you Gabriela for welcoming me at your stay.

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

Our family of five stayed in The Loft for two nights. It's tucked away on a quiet road away from the busy centre, so very peaceful. Juan and Leandro were very helpful with any questions we had, and gave us good recommendations. We really appreciated the air conditioning, and the children especially loved the swing seats and hammock! We'd absolutely recommend The Loft to anyone looking to stay on the quieter side of Isla Mujeres. Thank you for letting us stay - we had a fantastic time!

Very close to the market, local shops and Walmart.

Alba was very understanding and very friendly. The space was very clean. There is a purified water terminal next to it, it costs only 5 pesos. Right next door is a good bakery for breakfast. Mercado 28 is almost 10 mins away.

A great place to stay, I only went through some paperwork and it was just what I needed, although it doesn't have AC the place was always cool, a very safe area of the city and close to restaurants

Its in a great locality in La Luna. There are combis to ADO - R6 or R2-15 to the hotel zone (bus stop in Nichupte). Bon Pane is nearby too. The kitchen is adequate and there is a little private back yard. The one -ve is the very tiny bathroom sink and little legroom in the toilet. There could be some road noise. However the AC does muffle the sounds - so not much of an issue. I recommend.

The accommodation is comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. It enjoys a perfect location, within walking distance of the ferry to Isla Mujeres and the beaches and 5 minutes' drive from the ADO bus terminal.
